“Contracted Aspen to conduct Planning/Selection/and Implementation of core clinical system at St. Anthony’s. Aspen also worked through some ensuing sub-engagements in prep for the EMR and related support: Establishment of Project Management Office, Assessment of Enterprise Storage and Data Center Planning, Assessment of Integration Readiness…Seasoned group who know their stuff.”

“ … I have been here for over 15 years and I have got to say that this is the best format that we have ever had to evaluate vendors! Thanks for all of your work on this project!”
Renee Rockwell,
Director of Laboratory,
St. Anthony’s Medical Center
“We have made many improvements over the last two years…. We won the Saint Luke's Hospital Team Quality Award for 2005 for our improvements and were semi-finalists in the Missouri Team Quality Award competition. We are also doing our follow-up webinar next Wednesday for McKesson's ICC certification. I thank you for the initial "push" to get us moving down our current performance improvement path.”
Randy House, Vice-President, Health Informatics,

“Aspen does outstanding work (and I seldom use outstanding, especially when it comes to consulting organizations), but Aspen is an exception….What I've always found with Aspen, is there is never any 'nitpicking' about the contract price once you start an engagement. It was refreshing to have discussions where another group might have tried to increase the contract cost — I've never found that with Aspen. You know that not every engagement goes 100% perfect, so that latter issue has always been important to me. I've been in the situations where you ask the contractor to add a comma after one word and they want another $100k. That's never happened, even when SLHS has been the cause of delays...”
